Returns & Exchanges

At Poppy Barley, we want you to love your investment pieces. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items back in their original Poppy Barley box and dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
